Find out if you are eligible?

In order to be eligible for Express Entry you will be required to score a minimum of 67 Canada Express Entry points based on the factors of age, educational qualifications, work experience, whether you have a valid job offer English and/or French language skills as well as adaptability. You need to have a culminative score of 67 or more out of 100 in order to be eligible for the same.

Get your Documents Ready

Documents would be required such as language test results, Education Credential report, etc. to show that you are eligible for Express Entry.

Submit your Profile (Creation of Express Entry)

After the Creation of your express entry profile in the pool based on the Information that you have provided the applicant will be issued with an Express entry profile no. and the applicant will be ranked in the express entry pool using the point-based system or Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).

Receive an Invitation and apply for Permanent Residence

Selected candidates will be sent an Invitation to apply for Permanent Residency Visa afterwards you will have 60 days to submit your application for Permanent Residency.

CANADA PR REQUIREMENTS

Following Factors have a role on whether you will be eligible for Canada PR or not:

·         AGE REQUIREMENTS: When applying for the Federal Skilled workers program (FSWP) the minimum age is 21, However if you are above 45 years you will get no CRS points.

·         MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: your educational qualifications must meet the equivalency of the Canadian Secondary School qualification so equivalency of your educational credentials is very important.

·         LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: Candidate must prove his or her language proficiency in at least one of the two languages of the country namely English or French.

·         MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1 year of work experience required which is 30 hours per week for 12 months.

·         ADAPTIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: A maximum of 10 points are available on this factor, requirements to get these points are 1 year of experience in maple leaf country, in case you have studied in the country, etc. 

PROCESSING TIME

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXAM: Depends on the test date, you will be needing to secure the minimum BANDs required in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking in order to prove your language proficiency.

EDUCATIONAL CREDENTIAL ASSESSMENT: Your Academic qualifications equivalency would be checked submission of your Professional qualification’s certificates from the relevant assessment authorities in Canada which is WES, ICAS, IQAS, etc. It takes 30-45 Days.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: Submission of expression of in the CIC account by uploading all the preliminary documents required such as IELTS, ECA, etc. It takes 1 Day.

COMPREHENSIVE RANKING SYSTEM and ITA: Processing time here depends on the CRS Score.

ITA SUBMISSION: you are given 60 days to Submit your application.

PASSPORT AND VISA STAMPING: 20-30 Days
